Cross Reference Search - Vendor Item

Search all Active, Inactive and Delete items by the Vendor Item ID as found on an Item's Vendor tab.

Access

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Inventory > Main Menu > Cross Ref Search Vendor Item

Enter the Vendor's Item ID included in Item detail and select Search. The information provided includes

• Vendor ID- AP Vendor ID number.
• Vendor Name- Vendor Name
• Item ID- Our Item ID
• Description- Item Description.
